How much does a ticket cost?

Ticket price varies depending on your choice of accommodation (see below) from £2,700 - £3,500 for single occupancy or £4,200 - £5,300 for double occupancy.

Is my ticket transferrable?

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague, free of charge, at any time. Tickets are fully non-refundable.
However, if the government directs that events exceeding 180 - plus guests must be cancelled due to the coronavirus or if Soho Farmhouse closes, your ticket will be fully refunded.

What does a full conference ticket include?

Accommodation and access to Soho Farmhouse facilities on 3-5 July 2024. Access to the welcome drinks reception, summit and dinner on Wednesday 3 July. Access to the summit and all meals, including: breakfast, lunch, Champagne and canapé reception and gala dinner on Thursday 4 July. Breakfast on Friday 5 July. All documentation (including a conference guidebook). Gift bag.

What tax is payable?

Tickets are exclusive of VAT.

Accommodation

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm on Wednesday 3 July. Check-out is by 11am on Friday 5 July. Please note: guests are responsible for settling all room extras before departure, including: room service, mini bar, telephone, bar bills, spa treatments and chargeable sporting activities.

What accommodation is available?

Please click through to Accommodation, where all options will be listed. Please note, bedrooms in the luxury two/three bedroom cabins have a shared living room and kitchenette. Bedrooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Are twin rooms available?

In some cases, a double bed could be replaced for twin beds.

Are dogs allowed on site?

There are a limited number of rooms and cabins where dogs can be accommodated. Please advise us upon booking.

Event

Where does everything take place?

On site at Soho Farmhouse. Once you have purchased a ticket, full venue information will be shared.

Do I receive a paper ticket? Do I need to bring a ticket with me to gain access to the conference?

No. There are no paper tickets. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

Does my ticket include travel?

No. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Soho Farmhouse is less than 90 minutes from Central London by car. If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest stations are Charlbury or Banbury.

What is the dress code?

Day attire - Relaxed. Dinner on Wednesday 3 July - Smart casual. Dinner on Thursday 4 July - Glamourous.

A word about the coronavirus?

We are closely monitoring the situation with regards to the coronavirus and the health and wellbeing of our staff, members and partners is paramount to us. Soho House has already been following government guidelines, and GQ and Soho Farmhouse will continue to adhere to experts’ recommendations about safeguarding people. If you want more advice about the coronavirus and the current situation in the UK, the UK government’s website has the latest guidance.
Guests may be required to show proof of full vaccination via your NHS Covid Pass on the NHS App. If you have not been vaccinated you may be required to show proof of a negative lateral flow test (LFT) via your NHS Covid Pass on the NHS App or a text message from NHS Test and Trace - taken no less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Other terms and conditions

No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted entry to the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme, or the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. By attending the event, you hereby grant Conde Nast, publisher of GQ, its affiliates and licensees, and any event sponsors, the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and/or record you and exploit your likeness, voice and other sound effects in and in connection with the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, exploitation, publicity, marketing and advertising of this project and otherwise without compensation in all media throughout the universe in perpetuity.
You also waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any such exploitation hereunder, as well as any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Conde Nast, publisher of GQ, its affiliates or licensees, or any event sponsors, or the person or entity designated to do so by conde nast, publisher of GQ, its affiliates or licensees, or any event sponsors.
