Tickets

Ticket prices vary depending on your choice of accommodation (see below), £2,700–£3,500 for single occupancy and £4,200–£5,300 for double occupancy.

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague, free of charge, at any time. Tickets are fully non-refundable.

However, if Soho Farmhouse closes or the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be fully refunded.

Accommodation and access to Soho Farmhouse facilities on 2–4 July 2025. Access to the welcome drinks reception, summit and dinner on Wednesday 2 July. Access to the summit and all meals, including: breakfast, lunch, Champagne and canapé reception and gala dinner on Thursday 3 July. Breakfast on Friday 4 July. All documentation (including a conference guidebook). Gift bag.

Tickets are exclusive of VAT.

Accommodation

Check-in is from 4pm on Wednesday 2 July. Check-out is by 11am on Friday 4 July. Please note: guests are responsible for settling all room extras before departure, including: room service, mini bar, telephone, bar bills, spa treatments and chargeable sporting activities.

Please click through to Accommodation, where all options will be listed. Please note, bedrooms in the luxury two/three-bedroom cabins have a shared living room and kitchenette. Bedrooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

In some cases, a double bed could be replaced for twin beds.

There are a limited number of rooms and cabins where dogs can be accommodated. Please advise us when booking.

Event

On site at Soho Farmhouse. Once you have purchased a ticket, full venue information will be shared.

No. There are no paper tickets. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

No. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Soho Farmhouse is less than 90 minutes from central London by car. The nearest train stations are Charlbury and Banbury.

Dinner on Wednesday 2 July: Cocktail.

No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted entry to the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme, or the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. By attending the event, you hereby grant Condé Nast, publisher of GQ, its affiliates and licensees, and any event sponsors, the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and/or record you and exploit your likeness, voice and other sound effects in and in connection with the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, exploitation, publicity, marketing and advertising of this project and otherwise without compensation in all media throughout the universe in perpetuity.
